David Gillanders was the first photographer of whom I attended a talk back in the mid-2000s. His project on knife-crime in Glasgow was particularly influential in my early days. Great choice.
Very graphic, but informative and revealing. I wonder at his ability to gain access and cooperation. The world is a tough place.
