Josef Sudek
PHOTOSNACK #741
Today it’s time for one of the greats — Josef Sudek (1896-1976), the quiet poet of light and shadow. His photographs remind us how much beauty can live in a single window, a simple object, or a moment held gently in silence.
You will find a nice selection of his photographs here, on the website of The Art Institute of Chicago.
Thank you, Charlie Sawyer, for reminding us of his work.
Until next time,
Tomasz
