Gritty, blurred, and full of energy—these black-and-white street photographs feel like the pulse of urban Japan. Daido Moriyama has spent decades capturing the raw, unfiltered moments of city life, turning chaos into something beautifully poetic.
I absolutely adore his work.
Thank you, Jørn Holm-Pedersen, for recommending him.
Until next time,
Tomasz

Amazing photographer. All done with a little point and shoot camera, I believe. A great advert for the saying "the best camera is the one in your hand" who needs expensive cameras when you can get these results with a little Nikon Coolpix?
In a message I asked Thomasz to present the work of Daido Moriyama. I just discovered he already did it.
So pardon me Thomasz. But Daido is really a master in my humble opinion. In fact in the way he is capable to translate a interesting philosophy in strong and convincing images.
