I agree. Most of my photos call to me to be taken. Either a moment to be saved or a moment about to happen. It’s weird but magical. Melissa Gilbert talked about how the Greeks thought of inspiration and creativity as a god-like being and artists just the conduit. When both show up at the same time you have art.

sometimes you read a story that could have be mine. Curiosity, trusting yourself and the need to create brings you joy.

I know all the rules and use them if necessary but forget them just as well. Thank you for this enlightening view that I fully endorse.

Yes! All of this exactly. Intuitive work is always the best but in all the noise it can be tricky to just sit in your intuition and not feel unprepared.
