Nicholas X Bent
PHOTOSNACK #775
Nicholas X Bent’s photography uses intentional camera movement to turn landscapes and trees into almost painterly, abstract impressions — you can feel motion and texture in every frame rather than just see a static scene.
Thank you, Amy Jordheim, for recommending his work.
Until next time,
Tomasz

Oh yes, this is art. And fine art at that. I always love the textures of ICM. And trees and forests have always been favorite photographic subjects for me too. Beautiful work here.
An interesting antidote for all of us who are obsessed with resolution and fine detail (e.g. me) in our photographs. These certainly create a totally different mood and outlook on the multi-dimensional uses of photography!
