Mykhaylo Palinchak
PHOTOSNACK #813
Mykhaylo Palinchak is a Ukrainian documentary and street photographer whose work is closely tied to recent Ukrainian history. His projects include Euromaidan and Maidan Faces, focused on the 2014 Revolution of Dignity, as well as Occupation Diaries, which documents testimonies and portraits from people living under Russian occupation.
That gives his photography a very specific weight: it is rooted in real events, real people, and the emotional aftermath of conflict, while still being visually restrained and deeply human.
Until next time,
Tomasz
