Unless he's an expert at post-processing, the colors have the richness and hue of film.
I don't speak French, so I couldn't read his bio.
Some great pictures on his gallery. Strangely, I prefer some of his other photos to this one. I particularly liked the monochrome buildings with buses showing red edges. Very dramatic.
