I was able to share my own "The Stockport Collection" book with him, which I made with the Leica M4 he had given me in 1973, just a few months before he died. He had a happy life pursuing his twin joys of photography and cars, and made some lifelong buddies in the 1950's and 1960's racing fraternity.
What a treat to see this!! Jesse Alexander was my father. I have two of his Leica cameras, with which he made the images like the one of Jim Clark.
