Thank you Tomasz, for sharing these powerful “albums” of Eddy Van Wessel’s work from hot spots in the Middle East. Reports of war’s atrocities, using death tolls and landscapes of sweeping destruction, don’t begin to convey the toll on human lives and homes and place. I wonder if a giant Times Square digital billboard, displaying these atrocities and running 24/7, would even be noticed much less inspire change?
But such images would be X-rated! Truth requires no rating system. But what if children were to see the images? Stop the atrocities. Stop the manufacture of war implements.
John Lennon (murdered with a gun) sang, “You may say I’m a dreamer, But I’m not the only one, I hope someday you’ll join me, And the world can live as one.” My apologies for any errors. This version comes from memory.

Disturbing, yes. Necessary, absolutely. Thanx for sharing.
Very powerful photos
Very moving images, how did the world get into this mess or has it always been so.
