David duChemin
PHOTOSNACK #789
Some of you will already be familiar with David duChemin, and for good reason — this is work that has always balanced image-making with teaching and reflection in a very genuine way. His photography feels generous and grounded, focused less on spectacle and more on meaningful connection and visual storytelling.
Thank you, Stephen Cook, for reminding us of his work.
Until next time,
Tomasz

The thrill of David’s images of our fellow beings is tempered by the grief over their accelerating annihilation by the apex predator. The day is coming when children will think these are AI-generated images because they can’t believe such magnificence ever existed on this planet.
Thanks for showing his work, Tomasz.
That a threat?
