Tomasz, Photosnack is what I look forward to every day, and YOU make it possible! When I am able to do so, financially, I will subscribe to your fabulous publication. Thank you for your thoughtful work, thank you for sharing; it is truly appreciated.
Make photos throughout the week but don’t post them all at one time. Two IG accounts. Member of FRAMES.
Spend time daily looking at sites and always look at Photosnack. Many photographers are known to me but many have been introduced for the first time. Appreciate seeing new work and visual ideas. Thanks! Susan Gans
I enjoy Photsnack every time it shows up. As I'm 80 years old, I'm not as active as I once was, but I get out and shoot every week. and I remain active in a couple of photo and art associations in the New Hampshire area.. I don't know how I came across Photsnack originally, but I thoughly enjoy each issue. Thanks for introducing me to new photography almost every day.
I shoot at, and for, zoos. Officially for three different zoos, but I visit as many as I can.
But not every day, and when it is really hot, raining or snowing, not even every week.
But it seems to me that most of the photographers on Frames are more into artistic expression, rather than peak of action, or or rare species, or whatever.
I can't remember ever seeing a Photosnack of wildlife.
I cannot remember a day in my life without a camera in my hand. In 1963 as a baby, before I could crawl, my grandfather gave me a toy to play with. It was an old Kodak box camera that did not work (I still have it). My entire world has been experienced through a lens. Today my wife and I are retired and touring the world on our bikes and my camera is always clipped to my pack. www.journeysflow.com
Interesting question given the ways in which we can capture images these days. I make the assumption that the photos I make on my iPhone count. The days of me schlepping a camera bag are long gone, and the point and shoot bulging in my front pocket is a thing of the past too. So I enjoy the convenience of the electronic multi tool that allows me to phone, text, take pictures and find my way with a map and a flashlight to do the job, within it’s limitations of course.
My father was a photographer and I formally studied in art school. But I use photography as part of my art process. Living in the desert in California, I often use the environment as my focus but I also photograph my art work itself and then manipulate the photos to make new art. I love imagery and photography is a wonderful process. Thank you for what you bring to us! Karin www.karinskiba.com
PHOTOSNACK is amongst your best offerings. It's wonderful to discover or rediscover such talented and great photographers you feature every day. It's uplifting and educational.
Try to find something to photograph, using my phone or a camera. Most recently have been using film in cameras that vary in age from 30 or 40 years old to 100+ years old. Was in the darkroom just yesterday morning. Great therapy as I deal with a recent cancer diagnosis.

That's why smartphones have cameras!
